Player Check-In & Breakfast: 7:00 AM, Friday, July 18
Captain’s Meeting: 7:35 AM
Shotgun Start: 8:00 AM
Lunch & Awards Ceremony: Immediately following the tournament

CLC Par-Tee: July 16, 2025: 4:30 - 6:30PM

Pick you your swag bags and toast with your friends as we kick-off the tournament with a CLC hosted Par-Tee. Location to be announced soon!

Base Access:

REAL ID Requirement:
REAL ID required for base access aligning with TSA requirements. Please confirm with your players to ensure everyone has the proper ID to access the base.

FNSB Residents:
The FTWW season pass program is available again this year. To receive your summer season base access pass, visit the FTWW Visitor Center with your REAL ID and a secondary proof of residency (e.g., a utility bill or piece of mail). We recommend doing this as soon as possible to avoid any last-minute issues.

FNSB Non-Residents:
Non-resident players must be added to the base access roster. Names must match the REAL ID exactly and should be submitted to sara@agcak.org no later than July 10.

Pass Pickup:
All players must pick up their base access pass before the tournament at the FTWW Visitor Center (4470 Gaffney Rd, Fort Wainwright, AK 99703). Additional details will be shared soon.

If you or your company would like to gain recognition by donating door prizes, please contact sara@agcak.org. All donations must be received by July 10th.

Player Names & Handicaps: Please send your player names and handicaps to sara@agcak.org by July 10th to be added to the tournament roster for base access.
