Description
Join AGC’s Safety Committee for Talk Saves Lives: An Introduction to Suicide Prevention in the Construction Industry, a powerful, practical session designed specifically for our industry.
This session is built specifically for construction professionals and front-line supervisors. It will be delivered by a trusted voice within the industry. You’ll walk away with actionable tools, a better understanding of how to recognize when someone may be struggling, and ways to help foster a jobsite culture where it’s okay to speak up and seek support.
Adapted from the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention’s flagship education program, this training takes a closer look at the realities facing construction workers, including key risk factors, warning signs, and what we can do to support one another and prevent suicide.
We’ll wrap with Q&A and information on how to get connected with additional resources, including the Hard Hat Courage campaign.
This is an important conversation for our industry, and one that can make a real difference. We hope you’ll join us.
